Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and contributing to innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Lead in organizing and managing day-to-day project tasks.
• Provide technical support for electrical and mechanical components in power projects.
• Work in active construction environments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Analyze and interpret engineering blueprints, technical specifications, and submittals to support project execution.
• Leverage Procore and other project management software for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project deliverables with expectations.
• Oversee procurement processes, material logistics, and quality assurance efforts.
• Participate in project discussions, offer technical recommendations, and assist in troubleshooting challenges.
• Maintain adherence to project timelines, key milestones, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, design, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Procore or other project management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
