Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of electrical on construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

- Read plans, specifications, and submittal data to ensure all equipment is correct per engineer’s details and installed in accordance with the Electric Code and manufacturer’s recommendations

- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and field to ensure that project requirements are met

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation

- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards

- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders

- Enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety. Follow safety protocol per OHSA competent person 30-hour training.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management

- NC Electrical License

- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects from start to finish

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Bluebeam and Spectrum
