Electrical Project Manager



Electrical Project Manager needed in Dartford, South East London close to Chatham, Gravesend, Southend on Sea, Bromley, Romford and Basildon.



Duties



* Predominantly office based but, expected to do site visits when needed.



* Managing project budgets, scheduling, supervising electrical staff and contractors



* Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety.



* Managing all aspects of the electrical install.



* Working alongside the Mechanical PM to ensure all installations is completed to a high standard in line with clients expectations.



* Visiting Commercial sites in (but not limited to) London Area.



The successful Electrical Project Manager will have the following



* Extensive experience as an M&E project manager.



* Electrical Qualifications.



* HNC or equivalent.



* To be able to attend site when needed.



* Commutable distance from Kent.



* Experience on Industrial sites.



Salary- Salary is flexible depending on experience. £60k-£80K



Start date- ASAP



Length- PERM or CONTRACT
