As an Electrical Project Manager:

  • Solid understanding of technical, commercial, and contractual project processes.
  • \n

  • Background in electrical trade or engineering, with site experience being an advantage.
  • \n

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet project objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • \n

  • Prior experience in a project-oriented or leadership role is desirable.

Electrical Project Manager Skills:  

    \n
  • Develop, maintain, and update project programs, ensuring alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
  • \n

  • Organise resources effectively to meet project KPIs and timelines.
  • \n

  • Attend project sites as needed to address customer requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
  • \n

  • Provide technical support during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • \n

  • Manage all aspects of project schedules, from scope definition to commissioning and handover documentation.
  • \n

  • Coordinate company resources to align with project demands.
  • \n

  • Participate in client and internal meetings to ensure project alignment and address issues proactively.
  • \n

  • Identify and communicate project variations to Line Manager and Quantity Surveyor promptly.
  • \n

  • Offer technical guidance to site teams and oversee testing, commissioning, and documentation processes.
  • \n

  • Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary to address deviations.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Service Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • \n

  • Provide real-time feedback to Line Managers on project progress and resource planning.
  • \n

  • Support resource, material, and equipment selection for project success.
  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • \n

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and forecasting technical activities.
  • \n

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of project documentation.
  • \n

  • Participate in management reviews and provide input on incidents, non-conformances, and customer feedback.
  • \n


The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €75,000 plus package.
