Electrical Project Manager - Frankfurt

A leading European company specializing in engineering and construction solutions, delivering innovative projects for global corporations across different sectors is currently looking for an Electrical Project Manager in Frankfurt Germany.



As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in managing large-scale installation projects, ensuring that client requirements are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities & Duties



* Establish performance and delivery criteria to meet client requirements.



* Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients to secure future project opportunities.



* Develop and administer quality control measures and assist in project cost estimating and value engineering.



* Lead discussions on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development and implementation.



* Champion safety protocols and quality standards on site.



* Conduct weekly client update meetings to track progress and report on project status.



* Collaborate with the Commercial team to manage contracts, purchase orders, payment certifications, and change orders.



* Manage on-site team dynamics and coordinate internal resources.



* Create installed drawings and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.



* Plan all resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors.



* Develop a detailed and constructible project schedule with the planner.



* Ensure timely processing of requisitions and deliveries to the site.



* Liaise with clients regarding permitting and compliance in live environments.



* Foster a strong understanding of Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and liaise with vendors and subcontractors regarding Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.



* Perform additional duties as required.



What You’ll Need



* A trade and/or relevant third qualification



* 5-10 years previous experience in Project Management



* Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large installation projects



* Experience dealing with IR issues



* Knowledge Health & Safety



* Experience in design and build



* Good Technical Knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems



* Excellent IT Skills



* Excellent communication skills



* Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.



* Ability to drive a large-scale project.
