Electrical QS

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) who is ready to step straight into a fast-paced and hands-on role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in QS duties and a strong understanding of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works, particularly within renewable energy installations.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the work of electricians and subcontractors



*



Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all teams



*



Manage costs and contracts across multiple projects



*



Knowledge and understanding of Solar PV systems and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs)



*



Handle documentation and submissions for NICEIC and Solar DNOs



*



Monitor project progress and ensure efficient use of resources



Requirements:



*



Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally with an M&E background



*



Strong technical knowledge of solar installations and ASHP systems



*



Ability to lead and coordinate subcontractor activities



*



Familiarity with industry compliance standards and health & safety regulations



*



Confident in handling all QS-related documentation and reporting
