Creation and implementation of maintenance concepts for all electrical engineering of the work: Electricity generation and distribution Switchgear and power supply systems Electrical machines and drives Ensuring reliable and trouble-free operation of electrical engineering. Joint development of “best practice” concepts for the maintenance of electrical engineering in an international group of companies. Compliance with all safety aspects and legal tests in the area of responsibility. Error analysis and continuous improvement for the electrical engineering area in the team of maintenance engineers. Support of investment projects on site as “owner” of the electrical systems. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.  Other duties as assigned. Requirements Studies in electrical engineering, ideally with a focus on energy technology / energy supply systems / electrical machines or maintenance. Professional experience in a similar position. Electrical qualifications for medium voltage. Experience with analysis methods of condition-based maintenance (thermography, etc.). Experience with Continuous Improvement tools such as RCA, RCM, 5Whys or 5S. Confident use of the PC. Fluent in German and English.
