We are looking for a motivated service engineer to join a market leading crane manufacturing company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the service manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description
\n
- \n
- Multi-Skilled Electrical Bias - based within 30 minutes of site (3-4 overnight stays per month)
- Maintenance breakdowns and overhead crane servicing.
- Electrical & Mechanical Fault finding
- Electrical & Mechanical Fitting
- Project work
- Able to read drawings & be conversant with mechanical assembly practices
- Installation & servicing of lifting equipment (gantries, hoists etc…)

Skills and Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Application of mechanical or electrical qualification within a heavy manufacturing environment
- 17th Edition certification or more recent qualification
- A full UK driving license
