Electrical Service Engineer Extensive travel across the UK



Salary: £35,000 Overtime:



Over 42.5 hours = 1.5x rate



Nights and weekends = 2x rate

Your Role As a Service Engineer, you will work closely with our Service Manager, Lead Service Engineer, and all departments to deliver excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities

Organise and complete service visits in line with manufacturer recommendations.



Install, position, and commission equipment at customer sites.



Repair equipment and identify potential sales opportunities.



Provide technical support to colleagues and customers.



Promote PB Design with professionalism and adherence to quality standards.

Technical Support



To provide technical support to colleagues & customers as required.



Sales



To plan & organise sales visits to existing and prospective customers.



To promote the sale of the Company’s products & services.



To report on the outcome and follow-up action resulting from all sales visits.



What You Bring

Certifications: Health & Safety certification; customer accreditations (e.g., UKPN, Grid).



Experience: Panel wiring, sub station, industrial electrician, EV Charging, stand by power solutions



Skills: Electrical/electronic fault-finding, electromechanical installations.



Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and physical capability for manual tasks
