Electrical Service/Small Projects Manager

Owen Electric has been in business since 1986. We primarily do large commercial, institutional, and multifamily electrical construction projects. We are based in Northeast Florida and our primary area of operations is the Southeastern United States. We have a solid reputation within the industry which is the direct result of the hard work and dedication of our employees.

Requirements:

• Five plus years in the electrical industry managing multiple projects.
• Track record of completing quality projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contractors and clients.
• Extensive material, lighting and distribution knowledge.
• Basic estimating skills.
• Knowledge and experience processing change orders from start to finish (scope, price, negotiation, and documentation).
• Experience managing safety aspects of a project (OSHA Certification highly ).
• Computer skills include Word and Excel.
• Basic writing skills.
