Electrical Services Manager

Position – Electrical Services Manager

Salary – Up to £55,000 per annum + package

Location – Cambridge / Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into – Director

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Electrical Services Manager from an electrical building services background to manage the Electrical division for one of our clients. This is to work for a business who was formed over 30 years ago in the Southeast to manage facilities for some of the UK’s most innovative companies, they now innovate and use technology to reduce our clients’ costs, drive sustainability and deliver an open-book, proactive ‘smart maintenance’ service.

To date, they have achieved 15% energy savings across the portfolios they maintain.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

* As an Electrical Services Manage you manage the electrical division for the business.

* Direct reports x4 Supervisors

* The ideal candidate will live in the commutable distance from Cambridge.

* Hybrid position, one or two days in the office and 3 days working from home / onsite.

* The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

* Must be a qualified electrician with an equivalent to Level 3.

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations

* Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installations.

* 18th Edition

* AM2

* 2391 Testing & Inspection - Desired.
