You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work in a High profile corporate Head office on a single person shift.  Hours 4 on, 4 Off - 07:00am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 pm to 07:00 am - Days & Nights Requirements Apprentice Trained Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent 17th/18th Edition Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Package Basic Salary of £49,000 22 Days Annual leave  Pension Healthcare Plenty of OT Internal and External Training courses Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above. Duties Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment Three Phase and Single Phase Systems, Building Management Systems & Electrical Monitoring. Air Conditioning & Chillers, Pumps, Motors & Variable Speed Drive. Working on a Large blue chip companies commercial offices Single person shift - Capable /competent of working unsupervised.
