Job Description:



We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Site Manager to oversee and manage our upcoming substation project. As the Electrical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) electrical installations. You will be responsible for managing all on-site electrical activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee and manage all electrical works on-site, including LV/HV installations, to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.



* Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of electrical tasks.



* Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all electrical work adheres to industry standards and regulations.



* Lead and mentor the on-site electrical team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.



* Manage project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and electrical installation records.



* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality and safety of electrical work being carried out.



Qualifications:



* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, preferably with a focus on substation projects.



* Strong understanding of LV/HV systems and their installation processes.



* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.



* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical work.



* Relevant electrical engineering qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
