Electrical Site Manager



We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team for an exciting commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing electrical installations for commercial properties, including expertise in CCTV systems, path lighting, and other essential commercial electrical works.



Responsibilities:



* Oversee and manage all electrical activities on-site, ensuring they align with project specifications and safety standards.



* Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless progress of electrical works, including CCTV and path lighting installations.



* Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to, managing site operations in line with SSSTS or SMSTS standards.



* Liaise with the project manager and other site personnel to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.



* Manage procurement of materials and ensure the electrical site is fully equipped for daily tasks.



* Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that all installations meet industry regulations.



Requirements:



* A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Site Manager in commercial projects, with proven experience in CCTV and path lighting installations.



* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.



* SSSTS/SMSTS certification is essential.



* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.



* Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols.
