Here's the advert draft for the Electrical Construction Manager role:\n\nElectrical Construction Manager – Oxford\n£65,000 + Benefits\nCommercial Scheme – Starting April\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join one of the UK’s largest Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors, based in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a commercial scheme starting in April. The successful candidate will work alongside Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty on high-profile residential and commercial projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Manage all electrical construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.\n\n * Oversee and coordinate the work of electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance.\n\n * Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.\n\n * Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide technical support to ensure electrical installations are completed to the highest standards.\n\n * Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.\n\n * Review and approve electrical plans, methods, and cost estimates, ensuring they align with project goals.\n\n * Conduct site inspections and ensure all electrical systems meet relevant industry regulations and codes.\n\n * Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Significant experience as an Electrical Construction Manager, with a strong background in managing both residential and commercial electrical projects.\n\n * Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors effectively.\n\n * In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and installation processes.\n\n * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\n * Experience working with Tier 1 contractors is highly desirable.\n\n * 17th/18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations qualification required.\n\n * SMSTS or equivalent certification
