Electrical Site Manager

Job Description

The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of all electrical aspects of the residential project. This role requires leadership, coordination, and a strong understanding of electrical systems, residential building practices, and safety standards. You'll oversee daily site operations, manage electricians and subcontractors, and ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Lead and manage the on-site electrical team (in-house and subcontractors)\n\n * \n\n Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient workflow and task completion\n\n * \n\n Ensure all installations comply with the NEC and local building codes\n\n * \n\n Work closely with project managers, builders, and other site supervisors\n\n * \n\n Monitor material use, deliveries, and equipment on-site\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and progress\n\n * \n\n Report daily progress and site updates to the project management team\n\n * \n\n Troubleshoot and resolve technical or scheduling issues promptly\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Gold ECS card\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n 5+ years of experience in residential electrical installation and supervision\n\n * \n\n Previous experience managing on-site crews in residential construction\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans\n\n * \n\n Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused mindset\n\nHow to Apply:\nSubmit your CV below
