Electrical Site Supervisor (AP)

Job Description

My client are a London based Leading Contractor who turnover in excess of £400m.

They are seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their team and be involved in Large Scale Commercial Projects which range from £10m - £22m (M&E value).

These buildings are London based and are occupied, live buildings.

Teams will be taking out the chillers, cooling towers and gas boilers and installing Air Source Heat Pumps along with modifying the M&E Services associated with this.

The buildings are live and occupied, so they need to keep the building running whilst working.

Due to the nature of the sites, the candidates must be willing to work weekends (paid at x1.5 / x2) and there maybe be some evening/night work. Candidates must be willing to work overtime at weekends.

Core Hours are Monday – Friday / 8am-5pm

Duties:

• Able to task work load to operatives, ensuring H&S is maintained.
• Review workmanship.
• Track materials and provide PMs with updates and requirements.
• Carry out Toolbox talks.
• Confirm safe system of working.
• Computer literate, able to mark up PDF drawings and schedules as required.
• Experience in the specific trade with SSSTS.
• Preferable to have first aid (But not essential)
• Able to work outside of normal hours.
• Generally support the site team review drawings and recommendations on services installations.
• Work sites generally within London area but may be further afield, within M25 area.
• Client facing
• Liaise with on site FM Teams

Qualifications Needed

• AP
• NVQ Level 2 o r 3 in Electrical installation
• 18th Edition
• SSSTS / SMSTS

SALARY & PACKAGE

£45,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience)

Lots of Overtime paid at x1.5 or x 2
