Our client, a leading contractor delivering a significant infrastructure project in Norwich, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team. About the Role:



As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices. You will lead and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship.



Key Responsibilities:



* Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site.



* Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.



* Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.



* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.



* Maintain accurate records and documentation.



* Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.



* Proactively identify and resolve any electrical issues or delays.



Essential Requirements:



* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale infrastructure projects.



* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards.



* Excellent leadership and communication skills.



* Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card.



* SSSTS or SMSTS certification.



* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.



* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
