Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the electrical work on a large-scale commercial project. This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a skilled electrical professional with extensive experience in commercial construction.



Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical apprentices on-site.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a commercial setting.



*



Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and project specifications.



*



Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.



*



Perform quality control checks to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.



*



Resolve any electrical issues on-site and provide technical support to the team.



*



Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and labor hours.



*



Assist with the planning and scheduling of electrical work to ensure efficient project timelines.



*



Ensure that all team members follow proper safety procedures and work in a safe environment.



*



Provide training and mentorship to junior electrical staff.



Requirements:

Gold ECS card



*



SSSTS / SMSTS



*



Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the electrical industry.



*



Strong experience with commercial electrical installations and systems.



*



In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety codes.



*



Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.



*



Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.



*



Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.



*



Knowledge of project management software or tools is a plus.



*



Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
