Define validation procedures and tools as needed. Record, document, and communicate validation results. 3. Execute component design release processes including drawing & design releases internally & externally. 4. Support released products via cost reduction efforts, quality improvements, engineering changes, and related. 5. Research, investigate, and drive cutting edge thinking to pursue industry innovative products, processes, and technology 6. Support People First culture and work environment.
