Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a consultant with our direct client, a medical device and ophthalmic product manufacturer in Irvine, CA This role will require you to be onsite.

Title: Electrical Test Engineer II

Location: Irvine, CA (on-site)

Duration: 18 months, with likely extension

w2 Pay Rate: $41.79 - $55.71 (depending upon experience)

Job Description: This position is for an Electrical or Computer Engineer to assist in the development and validation of advanced test equipment used in the manufacture of medical devices.

MUST HAVES:
Candidate should have a BSEE or equivalent degree with 3+ years of experience.
Candidate should be an independent worker with the right technical skills and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Candidate should be proficient with both hardware and software design.

NICE TO HAVE:
For hardware, experience working with custom PCBAs and test instrumentation is .
For software, experience working with Labview and TestStand is .
C# and Python experience is also helpful.
Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems, such as Siemens OpCenter, is
