JOB TITLE: Electrical Tutor\nLOCATION: Birmingham\nSALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits\nCONTRACT TYPE: Permanent \nMUST HAVES: Previous business to business field sales experience.\n\nTHE COMPANY\nOur client are the leading trade association support organisation, dedicated to providing a range of business services to world leading manufacturing companies. They have a purpose built, state of the art Technology Hub where training is delivered via apprenticeships and commercial led training . They are seeking a dedicated Technical Tutor to join our team \nTHE ROLE\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* The apprenticeship is four years long and each unit taught in four week block sections, followed by 2 week consolidation learning back at company.

The successful applicants will teach familiar content each block, to a group of 12 students from different companies. \n* The end qualification being achieved will be either level two foundation qualification or Level 3 BTech\n* There is a mix of 85% practical work, the rest classroom based.\n* Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments that align with Awarding Body requirements and meet the needs of our learners and customers.\n* Create course materials, including handouts and reference materials, to support effective topic delivery.\n* Deliver engaging and challenging training sessions to apprentices and adult learners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.\n* Foster a motivational learning environment that enables learners to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.\n* Assess learner progress using various assessment methods and provide timely feedback and progress reports.\n* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including OfSTED, LSC, and Awarding Body criteria.\n\nThe CANDIDATE\nOur client is looking for strong sales applicants with the following experience:\n\n* Time served apprentice or relevant City and Guilds (Part 3) qualification.\n* Full Technical Certificate, Certificate, or higher.\n* Skills-specific NVQ Level 3 or higher, or equivalent.\n* Level 3 (or higher) teacher training qualification (Desired)\n* A1 and V1 (desired)\n* Training and support given to applicants wishing to upskill from industry to teaching\n* Strong presentation and communication skills.\n\n\nThis role is commutable from: \nBirmingham\nWolverhampton\nWalsall\nStafford\nBurton upon Trent\nWest Bromwich\nOldbury\nSutton Coldfield\nCannock\nTamworth\nLichfield\nAston\nSaltley\nHandsworth\n\nAlternative Titles: Workshop Teacher, Electrical Trainer, Electrical Workshop Trainer, Electrical Apprentice Coach, Electrical Coach, Mechanical Workshop Instructor, Mechanical Trainer, Mechanical Workshop Trainer, Mechanical Apprentice Coach, Mechanical Coach, Mechanical Workshop Instructor, Mechanical Tutor, Fluid Power Tutor, Electrical Tutor\n\nMana Resourcing is a specialist recruitment company working within the Engineering, Sales, IT and Commercial sectors.
