Resourcing Group is working a Maintenance Contractor based in the Exmouth. They specialise in carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance operating in both occupied and void homes across a set geographical patch and would like to appoint a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineers from a domestic background.



The position will involve the following:



Day to day repairs and maintenance to electrical equipment

Fault finding

Responding to emergency queries

Operating in live environments - occupied social housing premises

Making safe

Reporting works as completed

Completing certificates for each job

Operating a PDA system

Essential:



Experienced Electrician, fully qualified with domestic social housing experience.

City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering or NVQ equivalent

Experience of rewiring occupied domestic dwellings is an advantage

Technical fault finding and with fixing issues

Provide excellent customer service to clients including tenants

Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and its application within role.

Must hold a full UK driving license
