Electrician needed in Reading,Berkshire\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to carry out\n\nPPM and Reactive Activities across our client's site. The applicant would be expected to assist with\n\nvarious reactive and PPM tasks.\n\nThe Mobile Facilities Maintenance Engineer will carry out PPM, reactive, servicing and breakdownrepairs to mechanical/electrical & fabric infrastructure to include (not limited to) emergency light tests, L8,\n\nplumbing, un-blocking sinks, traps, and waste pipes, painting and Decorating, basic HVAC - AHU/FCU and\n\nbasic joinery\n\nTo apply trade skills to carry out scheduled and reactive tasks as needed\nTo accurately record all works carried out and completed and identify any remedial works to be undertaken onthe documentation provided.\n\nTo order materials and services using ordering system and to update records and job sheets to certifysatisfactory delivery/completion\n\nAbility to estimate time and materials needed for assigned Project Works.Requirements:\n\nHold Electrical 18th Edition and Building Fabric qualifications/further training in line with the position. Furtherqualifications in relation to the position i.e.

City & Guilds/NVQ * Experienced in all-round Building Fabric\n\nMaintenance as outlined above\n\nExperience of working within the maintenance/hard services area of an FM business an advantage\nA good knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials common to the electrical trade.\nFull UK Driving LicenseCompany Vehicle Provided.\n\nLocation: Reading\n\nTemp - Perm Role 08:00 - 17:00 & Overtime available at time and a half\n\nStart asap ,interview needed .
