Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Electrician to play a critical role in maintaining and improving our production processes. Your expertise in electrical systems will ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in compliance with local electrical codes.
• Plan and configure wiring layouts to ensure future maintenance access and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and follow diagrams or blueprints for wiring installations.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble electrical conduit.
• Splice wires, install control apparatus (switches, relays, circuit breakers), and connect power cables to equipment such as pumps and motors.
• Test circuit continuity using devices like ohmmeters and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety.
• Maintain and repair high-voltage equipment, including transformers, generators, and motors.
• Communicate effectively with team members, both orally and in writing, and adhere to company safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Electrician's License.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of electrical testing and maintenance tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Compensation:

• First Class: $40.02/hour + $2 shift differential.
• Second Class: $36.92/hour + $2 shift differential.
• Third Class: $35.32/hour + $2 shift differential.
• Eligible for 10% bonus paid quarterly
