Maintenance Electrician Needed - Domestic!

Position: Electrician



Location: Swadlincote and surrounding areas



Salary: up to £48k per year (weekly pay)



Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours,



Responsibilities for the Electrician role:



Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.



Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.



Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.



Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.



Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.



Requirements for the Electrician role:



Proven experience as a maintenance Electrician.



Strong electrical skills and ability to complete other wet trades maintenance repairs.



Good communication and customer service skills.



Valid driver's licence.



Qualifications for the Electrician role:



NVQ L3 Certification 



2391: Test and Inspection



18th Edition



Experience working in social housing or similar environments
