We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our maintenance team. While experience in stretch film manufacturing is preferable, we welcome applicants with strong electrical backgrounds in related industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment according to schedule.

·       Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery and related systems.

·       Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical equipment and instrumentation.

·       Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to optimize machinery performance.

·       Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all maintenance and repair tasks.

·       Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment adjustments.

·       Provide technical guidance and support to junior electricians and apprentices.

·       Available for on-call work to provide consistent support for production, ensuring minimal downtime.

·       Effectively manage relationships with machine manufacturers and part suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.

·       Follow instructions and directives from superiors meticulously to maintain operational efficiency and meet organizational objectives.

 

Qualifications:

 ·       Understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls and drive.

·       Proven experience as an Electrician (3, 2 phase and DC voltage) in a manufacturing environment.

·       Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
