Electrician

Job Title: Electrician.

Location: Liverpool and surrounding areas

Salary: £36,000-£38,000, van and fuel card.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent



We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a leading social housing subcontractor based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on domestic properties in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary with a company van, petrol card, and an excellent benefits package.



Key Responsibilities:



Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to assess the condition of electrical systems.

Carrying out remedial work as needed to ensure installations meet safety standards and regulations.

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the latest electrical regulations.

Communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing clear explanations of required work.

Maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs.



Requirements:

NVQ L3 or equivalent

18th

Proven experience in carrying out EICRs and remedial works.

Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards.

Full UK driving license.
