Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
• Pull wire, install conduit, and make electrical connections as required by project plans and specifications.
• Prepare and set up wiring pathways, ensuring all wires are properly secured and protected.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to install and maintain electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring efficient and timely repairs.
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Inspect and test installed systems to ensure functionality, identify defects, and ensure the system is operating at optimal levels.
• Assist with training and mentoring apprentices and less experienced electricians.
• Maintain proper documentation of all work performed, including material usage and time tracking.
• Collaborate with the team and project managers to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a skilled Electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with various wire pulling methods (manual, mechanical, and winching systems) and tools.
• Knowledge of proper wire and cable handling techniques, including securing and supporting wires in compliance with safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• OSHA certification ( but not required).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (outdoors, construction sites, etc.).
