Electrician\n£38,000 - £41,000 + van \nPermanent\nManchester\n\nWe are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider, who is recruiting for an Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis. \n\nResponsibilities of the Electrician include:\n\nCarrying out all aspects of electrical works in void and tenanted social housing properties\nRepairing and replacing electrical fittings\nDiagnosing and rectifying electrical faults.\nCompleting relevant certification to include EICR, minor works and installation certificates.\nCompleting associated paperwork\nUtilising a PDA\nEnsuring adherence to electrical regulations\nLiaising with the planners to arrange access to propertiesRequirements of the Electrician include:\n\nNVQ Level 3 or equivalent\n2391 OR 2394 / 2395\n18th Edition (desirable)\nFull UK Driving LicenseTo be considered for this exciting role, please contact Lucie Houston - Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
