Key Responsibilities:



* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems at commercial properties.



* Maintain lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting systems.



* Use the CMMS to document work activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.



* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly and effectively.



* Communicate with clients and provide top-tier customer service throughout projects.



Requirements:



* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.



* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.



* Proven experience in the Facilities Management or Building Services sector.



* Full UK driving license.
