Position Overview:
As a Licensed Electrician at US Property Experts INC, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of electrical systems for our clients. You will be responsible for various electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This position requires a valid electrician's license in the USA and a strong commitment to upholding safety standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Installation:

• Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.

1. Maintenance and Repair:

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues.
• Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, such as short circuits and faulty wiring.

1. Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines, regulations, and codes applicable to electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local building codes.

1. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

• Troubleshoot electrical problems using testing devices and diagnostic tools.
• Develop effective solutions to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.

1. Customer Interaction:

• Communicate with clients to understand their electrical needs and preferences.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on electrical system upgrades and improvements.

1. Prepare cost estimates.
2. Create records of materials used.
3. Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Valid electrician's license issued by USA.
• Proven experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management role.
• Need you to have your own tools and transportation with a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
