Labourer\nLocation: Reading\nRate: Up to 34000pa \nHours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)\n\nInnotech Partners are working alongside a fast-growing Tier 1 Electrical Contractor with projects across the UK. Our client has secured multiple projects throughout 2024 and is seeking reliable labourers to join their team.\n\nThe Role:\nAs a Labourer, you will assist with general site duties on electrical and agricultural installations across various commercial locations, including schools, hospitals, and NHS properties. The role involves working in a supportive capacity to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery, with occasional stays away from home (digs provided).\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nGeneral site labouring duties, including loading/unloading materials and equipment\nAssisting electricians and other tradespeople with installations\nMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized site\nSupporting the installation of agricultural and electrical systems\nHandling manual tasks, including lifting and moving materials\nAdhering to health and safety regulations\nPotential out-of-hours work and working away from home (digs included)The Candidate:\n\nPrevious experience as a Labourer in construction or electrical sectors\nAble to assist with a range of site tasks\nECS card ()\nIPAF certification (desirable)\nAccess to transport, tools, and PPE\nWilling to work away from home when requiredThe Benefits:\n\n40-hour week (overtime available)\nOpportunity to work across various locations in the UK\nVaried work across different types of projects\nPotential for a permanent role with career progression\nDigs provided for stays away from home\nSupport in obtaining a DBS checkInnotech Partners limited ((phone number removed)) acts as an Employment Agency and is a subsidiary of Talentia Group
