We're a growing M&E company based in Redhill, Surrey, and we're on the lookout for an experienced Electrician to join our friendly and proactive team. If you enjoy working across varied commercial sites like schools, churches, and offices - and you're someone who thrives on autonomy and problem-solving - this role is for you.
✅ What You'll Be Doing:
Visiting client sites (mainly schools) for emergency callouts, repairs, testing, and inspections
Carrying out EICRs and general electrical maintenance
Planning and managing your own jobs - from material orders to completion
Providing on-site safety advice, solutions, and client support
Building excellent working relationships with Site Managers and clients
Using systems to log work and prepare quotes
️ What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (commercial installations essential)
2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (required)
Comfortable working with EICR, EIC and BS7671 regulations
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK Driving Licence
Tech-savvy: able to use software for quotes & work tracking
Professional, polite and reliable - with a strong customer-first mindset
