Our client, a pioneer in the manufacturing sector, is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves working within a small cross-functional team, where you will be responsible for building and testing advanced electrical machines Your tasks will span operating, fitting, testing, maintaining, and calibrating tools, products, machines, and equipment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssembly and testing of electro-mechanical machine assemblies and subassemblies\nGeneral housekeeping and improvement of production areas\nInstalling components, assemblies, and subassemblies\nDaily maintenance of machines and equipment\nModification of components and sub-assemblies\nOperating production machinery and equipment\nSetting up machinery and equipment for other team members\nSupport Engineering development team\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nLevel 3 diploma in electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent\nDemonstrable experience in an electromechanical machine assembly environment\n\nTechnical Abilities:\n\nMechanical fitting\nElectrical installation and assembly\nAbility to read and work from engineering drawings and other technical documents\nIf you have a strong electro-mechanical background and are looking for an exciting opportunity within a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
