Partner with the best
The AMO Technician will Test, assemble, disassemble and perform visual inspection of electro-mechanical assemblies. Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment. Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
As an AMO Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Complying with HS&E policies and procedures.
- Performing Electro-mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Drilling service equipment.
- Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.
- Assisting in incident investigations, troubleshooting, and diagnosing equipment issues.
- Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.
- Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high school technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a electro-mechanical field or relevant experience.
- Have English and Norwegian skills.
- Have relevant industry experience (oilfield, automotive, machinery) with excellent electro-mechanical aptitude
- Be a current passport holder, this will be required for travel requirements
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical Be proficient in reading and interpreting maintenance documents, drawings, parts lists and following formal procedures.
- Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
