Electronic Technical Support Engineer
This is an afternoon/evening technical support role operating within the hours of 2pm to 11pm Tuesday to Saturday. After an initial 3 month training period in their Watford office, the position can be performed remotely.
Initially supporting a handful of electronic communications products and working up to the full scope of the product range. You will be required to liaise with mobile network providers to diagnose connectivity issues. You will also provide customer support to our internal and external teams.
Salary: £27,500, with a review after 6 months. Regular performance reviews and 1-2-1 support help achieve targets.

Experience: Customer service or electronics background is beneficial. Must have strong technology/electronics skills, an interest in computers, consumer electronics, or networking, and the ability to work well under pressure. A positive, energetic approach is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong diagnostic and support skills
Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Email)
Good organisational skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of electronics principles
Experience with mobile telecommunications
Foreign skills (Dutch/French/Swedish)
