Job Description
The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of Quality Control and Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements. This role leads quality initiatives, manages internal audits, and drives process improvements to maintain the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the company’s quality management system
- Serve as the Management Representative for ISO 9001 Quality System
- Conduct internal audits and lead Management Review meetings
- Control and update all ISO documents and forms
- Manage process controls for manufacturing operations
- Inspect and approve incoming broker components and PCBs
- Develop and conduct vendor/supplier evaluations
- Implement training programs for production personnel and management
- Ensure all employees receive training on IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards
- Manage and lead a team of Production Quality Inspectors
- Define, compile, and analyze manufacturing quality data
- Monitor and update key quality metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize quality assurance functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Administration and/or Quality Engineering
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems

The base pay for this position is $17.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth
