EMEA Project Controls Director

Description :Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented EMEA Project Controls Director to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for all EMEA Project Control resources, processes and tools.What You'll Be Doing:Shaping the current Project Controls organization to become an agile, proactive support organizationEnsuring the right resources are in place to fully support the Project Controls needs for each of the BU's sectorsReviewing all current Project Control processes, ensuring they are adequately documented and developing a training program to ensure all staff are trained properlyCoordinating with key stakeholders to ensure operations is receiving accurate project control dataCoordinating with Finance and other support groups as neededWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:15+ Years of progressive Project Controls experienceStrong management and organizational skillsStrong communication skillsWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Excellent communication skillsAbility to travelMinimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
