The Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the presence in the aluminium industry within the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aluminium industry, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our capital equipment solutions, effectively conveying their value propositions to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Travel: Travel across the UK and Europe as necessary to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the capital equipment sector or within the aluminium industry.
- A technical sales background.
- Strong understanding of the aluminium industry's market dynamics and customer needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and Europe.
