Responsibilities

You will handle a diverse range of cases, primarily involving employment litigation, inclusive wage and hour, wrongful termination, PAGA and Class Action, but with opportunities to work on other civil and business litigation matters as well. You will be responsible for managing cases from inception through resolution, including client intake, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting legal research, preparing for trials, and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

Minimum (3) years experience with employment and civil litigation. Strong communication skills, law and motion writing skills is a must, passion for litigation and advocacy, together with strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate with the litigation team.
