End User Support Analyst

We are looking out for “End User Support Analyst” role for one of the leading operating company in Saudi Arabia.

Role- End User Support Analyst
Job location- Jubail

Key Duties, Responsibility & Accountabilities
1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
2.Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
3.           Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software applications.
4.           Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
5.           Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups and software updates.
6.           Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
7.           Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
8.           Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.
9.           Liaise with ICT Support functions.
Minimum Qualification
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in (Computer Science), MIS, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience
8-10 years of related experience.
Job Specific Skill
•            Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
•            Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
•            Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
•            Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•            Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
•            Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
