Job Description:
The Energy Analyst, Building Automation Systems will work directly with the Vice President of Engineering Solutions in support of pre- and post-sales engineering services which includes site assessment, financial analysis, detailed engineering site analysis, implementation, and QA. The Analyst will support the Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure consistency and quality throughout the pre- and post-sales processes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct onsite assessment of Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC equipment, configurations, and other details to generate data and inputs for modeling and analysis.
• Present site analysis and estimates to customer technical team.
• Support development of energy modeling and savings estimates.
• Perform implementation of Retro-Commissioning scope of work including optimization of HVAC control systems and functional testing of equipment.
• Perform design of energy efficiency improvements and BAS Upgrades.
• Participate in project QA/QC.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Participate in developing reports for customers on HVAC system performance.
• Aiding in analyzing and troubleshooting BAS performance.
Requirements:
• 4-year Mechanical Engineering degree or related experience.
• 1-5 years HVAC/BAS experience.
• Interest in the energy efficiency field.
• Proficient with MS Office Software tools including, but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to generate reports and presentations.
• Good communication skills and excellent customer satisfaction skills.

• Detailed knowledge of Building Automation Systems including, but not limited to Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider, etc.

Salary Pay Range:
• $60,000 - $85,000 annually
