Manage their Environmental Officer

Support the wider H&S team

Ensure alignment with ISO 14001 standards

Engage with internal staff to effectively communicate environmental issues

What you'll need to succeed

An environmental or related degree

Previous experience in an environmental / energy manager role in the UK

Knowledge of UK based environmental compliance

Willingness to work from their Norwich location most of the time (WFH on occasion)

Knowledge of ISO:14001

Ability to adapt to suit varying audiences

IEMA membership (ideally)
