Energy Service Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new service opportunities, focusing on energy efficiency retrofits and retro-commissioning projects.

Build strong relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, engineers, and consultants.

Conduct site assessments and coordinate with engineering and operations teams to develop value-driven proposals.

Promote solutions that optimize building automation systems, including control upgrades, integration, analytics, and demand-side energy services.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple vertical markets (healthcare, higher education, life science, commercial real estate, etc.).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in sales or business development within building automation, HVAC controls, or energy services.

Strong knowledge of building systems, energy conservation measures (ECMs), and BAS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Distech, etc.).

Experience with retro-commissioning and energy audits is a plus.
