Be an accredited energy assessor across (ideally OCDEA)

Have knowledge of Part L and UK building regulations

Have experience in overheating (Part O) and SAP

Have strong knowledge of construction methods and processes, with familiarity on the drivers for sustainability in the built environment

Experience delivering heat decarbonisation plans for large estate owners

Exposure and knowledge of London Plan requirements and Future Homes Standards

Have experience within residential projects Responsibilities:



Undertake energy assessments through SAP (Elmhurst Design 10 and Stroma FSAP) and SBEM software (IES, iSBEM) to address building regulation and planning policy requirements.

Liaise with clients and design teams to gather information, confirm deadlines and provide cost effective compliance advice.

Produce reports for clients under tight deadlines

Attend design team meetings and workshops
