Energy Technician
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTrue Management LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry-level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.

No prior experience is needed. We provide on-the-job training where you will learn how to:
- Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters
- Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
- Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
- Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
- Assist with job site set up and tear down
Physical requirements:
- Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather
- Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday
- Use repetitive hand motions & use of basic hand and power tools
- Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
- Lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds as needed
Every applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, driving record check, and state and federal background checks. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
