About the role
All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of production chemistry supply and service contracts to ensure successful delivery to our customers
- Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs to provide support to the production operations group
- Preparing of technical reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers
- Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs
To be Successful:
- Have a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Science or related fields
- Demonstrate good experience (at least 3 years of experience) in Upstream Production Chemicals Application
- Have some knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions
- Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
