knowledge of building condition survey (pre and post)Maintenance /service &calibration of instrumentsGeotechnical instrumentation works.Installing & Monitoring of instruments (Pressure cells, Vibrating,Inclinometer,Strain Gauge's etc.Vibration monitoring for tunneling.Preparation of I&M plan, Method statement, Risk Analysis, Instrument Quantity calculation, Training installation and monitoring team, work allocation to I&M team, Data Interpretations and analysis, Report submission to client and obtain approval.Associate Geotechnical work related to instrumentation.Installation of Geotechnical work related to instrument: Inclinometer, Multi point Borehole Extensometer (MPBX), and Standpipe Piezometer, Strain Gauge, Crack Meter, Building Point and Soil settlements marker, Load cell (Strut, Anchor, ISMB, Rock Bolt).Monitoring of installed instrument: Overall responsibility to execute Monitoring Plan and co- ordination with Survey team for building and surface settlements data.Obtaining NOC from the building owners, if the instruments have to install in nearby building falling under influence Zone as per design (instrument such as –BS, SS Point & Crack Meter etc.)Checking the data with the limiting values (Alert, Action & Alarm values) and alert the concern departments for the preventive, corrective action or holding the work for the concern action, if the data crosses limiting values.Erection of Data Acquisition System, execution DAS and monitoring tilt of the building through online.Blast vibration measuring and analysis with minmate blaster.Vibration monitoring along the tunnel aliment with minmate plus.Preparation daily/ weekly instrumentation report and Final report Submission to Client.Quantity and Cost estimation of instruments as per the approved instrumentation drawings.Comparing the instruments of various make and finalize the best suitable instrument to record reliable data.Instrumentation Engineer with on-site experience in instruments installation and monitoring of sensors including but not limited to Inclinometer, Extensometer, Piezometer, Pressure Cells, Strain Gauges, Vibrating wire sensors, Load Cells, Settlement Markers, Tilt plates, optical targets, crack meters, vibration sensors and real time monitoring.Managing, supervise, and monitor the site personnel. Data processing. review and analyses of instruments graphs. Submission of reports, plan and coordinate for timely installation of geotechnical instruments, client documentation, execution team coordination, Liasioning with building owners. Diploma / Undergraduate Degree in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation engineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in Underground Metro Tunnelling projects.Experienced in Building Condition Survey, Instruments Installation and Monitoring.Maintenance of Sensors and regular check, able to check and solve issues in sensors.Good hands-on experience on applications such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.Ability to meet deadlines and highly committed team player.Able to work independently with multitasks.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
