Job Description:
Support large volume of TEM metrology data .
Data quality control and screening errors
Statistical analysis and report

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience on SEM/TEM might not be very important. Instead, it will be great if they have some CD measurements/metrology experience.
-Experience on CD measurements/metrology. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process. 4-6yrs of experience Shift Hours
